The magical birds of Rhiannon, said to accompany the Goddess Rhiannon, healed the sick & wounded with their sweet songs, awakened the dead & lulled the living to sleep. This tune is dedicated to my Mother, Bernadine Berg Knutson, the original songwriter in our family, who as a child hosted the first recorded St. Patrick's party in Ellendale, County Steele, Minnesota.
